The University of Verona is 150 metres away, two minutes on foot; the old town and the Arena are 1.5 km off, a 15-20 minute walk. Porta Vescovo station is 1.4 km away, Porta Nuova 2.5 km on bus lines 103 and 121. The nearest bus stops are 3-5 minutes on foot. The area has paid public parking, both on-street and underground. Self check-in with a key box. A tourist tax of 3.50 euros per guest per night applies, up to a maximum of four nights, reduced to 2.80 euros for over-70s and for young people aged 15 to 25; it must be paid before check-in.
