A detached two-storey villa on via Grimani, recently renovated: pale wood floors, a new kitchen with an island and stools, resin bathrooms. There are three bedrooms — two doubles and one with bunk beds — plus the sofa bed in the living room, for eight beds in all; there are two bathrooms, one on each floor. The eat-in kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge, a microwave and crockery, and opens onto the bright living room, which leads straight out into the garden. Outside, greenery surrounds the villa on every side: there is a built-in barbecue for grilling, a table in the shade of the veranda and private parking included. Indoors there is air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine. The sandy beach is 150 metres away, two minutes on foot; the centre is 250 metres off and the supermarket 200. The bus stop and the walking trail are 500 metres away, the railway station 20 km and Venice airport 65 km. Two things to know before you set off: bed linen is not provided, so bring your own sheets and towels; there is air conditioning, but the electricity for it is paid separately, and a 200 euro deposit is taken on arrival to cover the air conditioning and any damage.
