A seafront apartment on viale Lepanto, with direct beach access, a reserved beach spot included in the booking and free private parking: you park below the flat and you are under your parasol a minute later. It sleeps five: the bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the living room has a double sofa bed. The living room is large and bright, with a dining table, a TV and a door onto the terrace, where an outdoor table looks over the pine wood and, beyond the trees, the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge, a microwave and a full set of crockery; the bathroom has a shower and a bidet. The building has a lift. The centre is 150 metres away and the supermarket 100, both a few minutes on foot; the bus stop is 250 metres off. By car, the railway station is 20 km away and Venice airport 65 km. Two things to know before you set off: bed linen is not provided, so bring your own sheets and towels; there is air conditioning, but the electricity for it is paid separately, and a 250 euro deposit is taken on arrival to cover the air conditioning and any damage.
